/ 01 — About

Hi, I'm Addy. I run Zapic Digital US out of Kent, Washington.

A small, US-based remote agency that ships in weeks, prices honestly, and never makes you talk to an account manager to get a straight answer.

The story

I started Zapic in 2023 because I was tired of watching good ideas die in a quote. A friend wanted a simple booking site and an AI agent to handle his inbox. Three US agencies told him four months and tens of thousands of dollars for work that should take three weeks at a fraction of the cost. He shelved it. That happens way too often.

So I built Zapic around the opposite of that: ship fast, quote honestly, and tell people the truth about what their project actually needs. No padded timelines, no mystery line items, no "discovery phase" that's really just a way to bill you before anything gets built.

Who this is for: local businesses and online stores that need a clearer website and a practical next step — founders who'd rather fix the one thing that's costing them customers than sit through a four-month "digital transformation."

/ 03 — Beliefs

What I personally believe

  • Ship in weeks, not quarters.
  • Fixed scope, fixed price. No retainers that don't earn their keep.
  • AI agents kill recurring cost. We only build ones that do.
  • You should hear from the builder, not an account manager.
/ 04 — The team

The team

We're deliberately small and fully remote. I keep a tight bench of vetted contractors for video editing and virtual-assistant work, so we can scale a project up without hiring overhead that ends up on your invoice.

The part that matters: every client-facing decision and every line of production work is handled by me or my lead engineer. You're never handed off to whoever's free that week.

/ 05 — Location

Where we work from

Home base is Kent, Washington. From there we build for clients across the US — Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Austin, Miami, and New York. Remote-first means timezone overlap with most of the country and none of the big-city agency markup.

Send me your website and the one thing that feels broken

I'll reply with three useful observations and the simplest next step — no pitch deck, no pressure to buy.
